The designer, Shohei Takamiya says
"With the theme of 'A Reinterpretation of Oriental Mysticism in Rock and Fashion', this stuff is made with a very elaborate material: a napped fabric with woven patterns as accents in certain areas.
The front is further enhanced with two types of black fabric, organza and shadow stripe. Details such as leather braided cords on the toggles reinterpret the beauty of Eastern culture with an interpretation reminiscent of Western religious attire, and reconstruct it into a fashionable design. The use of black throughout adds a touch of the Rock, resulting in a highly elaborate piece."
