RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
■RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that we basically do not accept returns and exchanges of products.
However, we will process exchanges only in the following cases;
・The delivered item is defective or damaged
・The item differs from the one your ordered
You need to contact us via E-MAIL within 5 days of receiving your package. We will then reply with details on the exchange method and procedure. If we cannot issue an exchange for reasons such as sold out, we will issue a full refund.
■CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of order can only be made before the order has been shipped. After your package has been shipped, We cannot accept cancellations for any reason.
