Shipping fee is automatically calculated at CHECK OUT.
We sincerely apologize, but EMS has currently suspended the acceptance of shipments to Russia(11/2025).

■HOW TO ORDER AND PAYMENT METHOD
①SELECT ITEM
Please select the item, size, and the quantity you wish to order.

②ADD TO CART
Click "ADD TO CART" button.

③COMFIRM and CHECK OUT
Check your item, size, and the quantity in YOUR CART are correct. And click "CHECK OUT" button.

④ENTER YOUR INFORMATION
Enter your name, shipping address, phone number, e-mail etc.

⑤SELECT PAYMENT METHOD
　□CREDIT CARD (including debit card) :
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover are available. Enter your card information in CHECK OUT page, and click "COMPLETE ORDER".

　□PayPal :
After click "Pay with PayPal" button, automatically move to PayPal login page. Proceed to login and please complete the payment on that payment page.
*Please note that our PayPal account name is "M STAGE COLTD", not "HARAJUKU VILLAGE".

　□Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay are also available for payment.

■SHIPPING
①AFTER PAYMENT
After we confirm your payment, we will ship your order by EMS within 2 - 3 days and send you a tracking number by E-MAIL.

・For some products, we may share the stocks with the brand or manufacturer. While we will need to arrange for the item to our store from them, we can typically ship it to you within about 1 week.

・If you order PRE-ORDER item or MADE TO ORDER product, or if your order includes them, we will ship once the item arrives in stock or is completed. Each product page lists the estimated arrival date and approximate term required. We kindly ask for your patience until shipping. We will notify you via email once the item arrives and proceed with shipping. Please note that production circumstances may occasionally cause delays in the arrival of these items. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

②YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
You can check the delivery status by using the EMS tracking number.
And you can also check the approximate delivery days for each country and region "HERE", but they may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, and other circumstances. So please be advised in advance.

■ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTIES
Any customs or import duties are charged once the package arrives its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient(orderer) of the package. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and can not tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

■RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
Please note that we basically do not accept returns and exchanges of products.
However, we will process exchanges only in the following cases;
・The delivered item is defective or damaged
・The item differs from the one your ordered
You need to contact us via E-MAIL within 5 days of receiving your package. We will then reply with details on the exchange method and procedure. If we cannot issue an exchange for reasons such as sold out, we will issue a full refund.
Cancellations of order can only be made before the order has been shipped. After your package has been shipped, We cannot accept cancellations for any reason.
