Single-wrapped：We recommend your arm circumference + 2cm.
Example) If your arm circumference is 17cm → 17cm + 2cm = 19cm
Double-wrapped：We recommend your arm circumference x 2 + 2cm.
Example) If your arm circumference is 17cm → 17cm x 2 + 2cm = 36cm
